This unique project turned a 2-story office building into a dormitory for 30+ students with re-use of existing equipment and infrastructure at the forefront of the project. SEG designed a new VRF/DOAS system for the primary HVAC needs, while re-using the existing RTUs to provide heating in extreme temperature conditions.
